OLPOL & CO are looking for a full time Interior Designer to support one of our Senior Designers. The OLPOL & CO studio is based in West Dorset. The candidate will need to be able to spend at least 2 days per week in the Studio and will have the flexibility to work from home 2 or 3 days per week.

The ideal candidate will be organised and diligent, with a ‘can do’ attitude and interior design experience. This role will give someone the opportunity to work in the countryside whilst taking on a diverse role in interior design. The successful applicant will thrive in a small growing team.

The ideal candidate will...

- Have experience in interior design. Strong technical design knowledge and experience working on projects from concept to completion is key.

- Be very confident and proficient using computer programmes Word, Excel, InDesign, Estimac, SketchUp and Vectorworks (or AutoCAD).

- Have great organisational skills and the ability to work on a number of different projects simultaneously.

- Be confident with numbers and happy working on budgets and reconciliation.

- Enjoy working on different tasks every day, for example putting together design presentations, technical drawing packages, ordering products, meeting tradesmen on site, taking notes in a Client meeting to name a few.

- The role would be aimed at someone who is a mid-weight interior designer, or an experienced junior designer looking for an opportunity to progress their career.

- The projects will be in London and throughout the South West and the candidate must be willing to travel for site visits and Client meetings.

- Full time & permanent

- Based in the Dorset studio with the option to work from home

- Salary will be based on experience
